Excellent experience through and through. Kevin, Trace, and Ben made the process incredibly quick and easy. I got a great deal on my Outback lease and was able to work out everything over email before setting foot in the dealership. When I arrived everything was ready to go and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I drove over 2.5 hours to deal with these guys because of the excellent service. If you're in the southeast and looking for a Subaru definitely give Subaru of Hilton Head the opportunity to earn your business, you will not be disappointed.

I bought my 2010 Lincoln MKX a couple weeks ago from Subaru and they have been AMAZING!!! They treated me with dignity and respect and I would absolutely recommend buying a New or Used car from them! They did a over 100 point inspection on my USED car (which was a trade in from one of their regular customers) before they even put it on sale-which gives me such a comfort knowing they check out ALL their cars meticulously so I don't have to worry. Kevin, the sales manager, took awesome care of me-he was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. There was one tiny mechanical issue after I bought the car and Kevin had me come in when it was convenient for me and the service center fixed it quickly and had me on my way. I look forward to referring family and friends to Subaru of Hilton Head and going there for my regular maintenance because their service center is wonderful as well!
Saved our vacation! We had been down on Tybee Island and were slowly heading back north (and eventually west) when the tire light came on. All the tires were fine, so there was something else going on. We showed up with no appointment, they worked us in and found the issue. It wasn't something that could be resolved that day, but car was safe to drive and they got us back on the road.
