Great dealership, I would give the salesman 5 stars as he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy. He did not try to hide anything and was very honest. Name Alex. As for the dealership I do not think they gave the best deal and fair price both on the sale and trade in. But that's a car dealership. Lucky for them they have a good sales person. I have purchased several vehicles from them and although have not had any issues they were found to illegally charge customers at their Hyundai dealership for closing cost and had a class action law suit. The consultation prize was a gift certificate to the Hyundai dealership. Go figure!!! Anyway I will give the Audi dealership 3 stars because better than average. 5 stars to the salesman

I had my financing worked out but they got me a better rate. After delivery I had a slight problem that the General Manager Mr. Khan took care of. I was blown away by the way they handled the whole transaction. This has been my best experience buying a car. I will recommend them to everyone and if you are shopping from far away rest assured you are in good hands.
I live in Florida and did my shopping online. I inquired at several dealerships. Chris McCabe answered all of my questions on the car. I asked for a detailed description of any dings dents or scuffs. He called me back in five minuets with the details. I left early the next morning while on the way in my wife sent him our drivers license and info. When I arrived Chris was outside as soon as we pulled up. The car was as described and clean and full of gas to my surprise. All of my paperwork was ready.
