Outstanding service by Justin Fowler! He was responsive at contacting me about warranty work, scheduling and providing a loaner vehicle so it was convenient for me to get the work done. Notified me immediately that my car was ready - never had to call service department as I've had to do with other dealerships when having work done. I highly recommend Justin and the team at Hilton Head Lexus.
Excellent attitude and service from everyone. I called to set up an appointment for my 5000 mile check up and was told that there were no openings for several days. I told them the schedule would be better if I could get in on shorter notice rather than longer since my appointments were not lined up yet. The attendants made some phone calls and got me in very same day. I am very happy with my car and with the dealership.
I had my first oil change at Hilton Head Lexus last week. I was very impressed with the wonderful customer service especially with Justin! He was personable, friendly, informative, and very helpful! He made me feel right at home as did Karen at the front desk. Justin greeted me at my car right away, and showed me around so I knew where things were. It was a breath of fresh air from other dealerships who could care less if I get good service or not. I also needed a part and he took the initiative and ordered it right away for me. Overall, I would recommend Hilton Head Lexus to anyone and actually look forward to my next service for a change! :)

Visited this location while traveling for the holidays, and it felt like home! Very friendly staff and the customer lounge was a comfortable place to enjoy a coffee in. I was humored to see a lounge with massage chairs in this location! Perfect for the weary traveler. Only disappointment was the inoperable car wash as that was one feature my road dusted car needed from the long trek from Indiana,
We bought a Certified model and are very happy with their work to make sure everything was right. We considered it a good buy and will be back again.
