Always a great experience when visiting the service department for regular maintenance. Purchased a car from there also and had a pleasant experience. Was much faster than other dealers I've dealt with and the entire purchasing process was much more enjoyable. I would gladly buy from them again and plan on continuing to bring my vehicles there for regular maintenance.
Today I got a call from their business development center and the lady asked how our ecperience was. I told her and she said: "I am going to look in to this and call you back...". That didn't happen either.

I am a little disappointed in our experience. Admiditly, we have a complicated situation. After stopping by one evening to look at new vehicles my wife and I left as it was getting late in the evening. The next day our salesmen called and said he could collect some information and see if they could put a deal together. Very quickly it was determined they needed to look at our credit to see what could be done. The next day our salesman called and basically said they couldn't help us. We were looking to trade two vehicles for one and we simply had too much negative equity. I asked the salesman a couple questions. 1.) how much money down would it take to make a deal? 2.) what if we traded one vehicle?
In my humble opinion - I think because we were not a slam dunk deal they just were not interested. Very disappointed the salesman simply couldn't call back. It's been 4 days now. In sales, you always follow up.
Kyle Guither was not just our salesperson, he was a genuine caring person! He walked the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He DID NOT just push a sale onto us! We still love everything bout our vehicle, because he took his time with us and made sure we were in love!!! Thank you Kyle!

I am writing this not to say: "don't do business with them"... just be aware.
Early in the process the salesman said: "we really can't approach the sales desk / sales managers unless we have something concrete".
