I just want everyone to know if you go to R & K Repair Services, Inc, in Hardeeville, SC prepare to be blown away by their exemplary service and humanity. They could have gouge me for that tire but not only didn't, was understanding and charged less.
After evacuating to South Carolina from Hurricane Irma, I stated to make the long trip back home. Traffic was really backed up and at a certain point, I noticed I had a flat tire. I walked into the nearest town to try to find a tire place, as my phone was almost dead, but no one could help or was closed. Finally, tired and out of options, I made the trek back to my truck when I happen to walk past R & K Repair Services, Inc. They were closed, but I noticed someone in the lobby and approached.

I typically don't give 5 stars but I have to say these people go above n beyond to get you back on the road asap ... I had a blow out coming dwn 95 south 10 miles north of them , called them n they were waiting on me as I pulled up I was in an out under an hour , n that is including Alex having to fix n replace a mud flap for me ... great service guys thanks again .... Richard, the owner, came out and heard what I had to say. He promptly, efficiently, and with the utmost professionalism got me the tire I needed. His wife Kelly, both kind and courteous, diligently took care of the paper work, as Richard prepared the truck to take me and change my tire. With the speed of a veteran with over 30 years autocare experience, Richard changed my tire in a flash and had me on my way.
Exceptional service, broke down on. I95, limped to r&k, they took me in immediately, 90 mins later = back on the road ( thanks richard and kelly = very nice folks)
Absolute best experience I've ever had at a mechanic . Highly recommended! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I can honestly say I'll never use anyone but them.
I cant believe my good fortune to have a vehicle breakdown 10 hours from home and to have found R&K. Normally you fully expect to be taken advantage of if your far from home but that didnt happen here. They went way out of there way to help me and the price was less than I would have expected to pay at home. Rick and Kelly are stand up people and i would recommend them to anyone.
