They accidentally put in a refill for one prescription twice and forgot to give my local pharmacy my birth control prescription. I've been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks and when I finally got a real person, they weren't phased that I hadn't been able to get a hold of them. They told me yesterday that they would put in the refill and today my pharmacy still hasn't heard from them. Tried to call them again today and each time I call, I get the answering machine. Unbelievable. I'm probably going to have to drive out there to get a written prescription so that I can actually get what I need. Ridiculous.
