These guys were amazing. Our car broke down on our way back to Florida after IRMA. They were honest and fair. We called all the shops in town and they had the best price but not just that they were kind and helpful.
Had a major issue with my car while traveling, and was 8 hours away from home but no where near the final destination... To make it worse - this was on the day before Christmas Eve and a Saturday at that. Time when everyone was heading home. Four other places told me they couldn't help me. But THEY recommended this place. So I took a risk - best decision. I was treated very well and 5he problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired. Big shop, lots of bays, but family run with a family atmosphere. They being willing to stay a little later saved a family vacation.
Our A.C. went out in our Sprinter RV. They were able to fix it the same day and get us back on the road. They even stayed open late to help us out. Highly recommend!
Great customer service! We broke down in the middle of the night with our camper in tow on the way to Florida so needless to say we wanted our vehicle fixed ASAP the next morning. Butler's not only towed our vehicle but used one of their personal vehicles to tow our camper to the safety of their parking lot. We were back on the road in just a few hours and found the rates and prices to be reasonable.
What a lifesaver Frank is at Butlers Tires and Service. Traveling from Florida to Maine. Just left our overnight stay in beautiful Savannah and our low tire pressure light came on. Stopped in and Frank serviced us right away!! Took the tire off and it was a piece of wood that picture our tire!! Frank patched it up and even described to me what he did to reassure me for the rest of our trip! Amazing service!! Thank you so much!! My new best friend!!
