Service was a little slow and had to repeat order a few times but coffee ended up being great!
. They were not ready for the rush but they lied to my face. I heard the girl say there's no cold brew, watched her do nothing about it for five minutes, then ask a co worker who told her just give iced coffee. So instead of telling me they're out, which would have been fine I would have substituted, they just gave me watery ice coffee to pass off as cold brew. Terrible customer service. I get they were busier but I would have been nice about it. Now I'm not.
Wife really liked her coffee and our breakfast sandwiches were very good.
I'm giving a 1 star review because I can't give a negative number. Walked in and there were 6 people ahead of me several people were standing the other side apparently waiting for their orders. I ordered 2 black coffees and 2 donuts. Waited 15 minutes for that after waiting in line at least 10 minutes to have my order taken. Employees moved very slow and had no idea what they were doing. It's not rocket science! I worked at a DD as teenager so I know how much more efficient this place could be run. I get out to my car and my husband and I start to drink our coffees and they tasted like there were chemicals in it. HD to throw them out. Don't go here!!!!!
They handled the 7AM rush fairly well, I was able to get in and out of the line in about ten minutes, no complaints here!
